Job Description

I: KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

A retail Relationship Manager would primarily deal with individual retail & HNI customers and advise them on various financial products and services offered by the organization.

# Revenue Generation:

  • Acquire, retain, and deepen portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through, wealth management products, real estate products, asset related products (secured, unsecured) and any other products being offered by the organization.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Grow AUM and Sales revenue on a month on month basis.
  • Support Managers in developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Increase product per customer on a regular basis within current customer base.
  • Organize and participate in all promotion activities organized at the organization.

# Operational Governance.        

  • Ensure all processes are followed to ensure that there are no operating losses/ Frauds.
  • Accurate and timely processing of customer instructions
  • Ensure adherence to KYC Norms.
  • Maintain standards to comply with Company Audit. 

# Customer Experience Management 

  • Ensure effective relationship management by monitoring the movement of the customers and implement a customer retention program. 
  • Minimize rejections and customer complaints to create a wow experience.
  • Hold periodic customer meets and branch promotions to generate more business.
  • Customer query handling / complaint resolution.
  • Specific initiatives taken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks and customer complaint
  • Customer visits as per laid down call frequency.

III: COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

A Relationship Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies required are:
