Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to drive our marketing team. You are an integral part of the marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

Responsibilities:

Grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas, promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

Lead marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

Develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting department goals.

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.

Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.

Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Qualification:

3+ years of experience in any marketing role.

Good understanding of marketing elements, research methods, data analytics and tools.

Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Commercial awareness with a creative mind experience in marketing & communications.

Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

Work location - Bangalore

Salary - As per industry standards
